A compilation of key events related to my service on the Oak Park Public Library Board and candidacy for the District 200 School Board of Education (Oak Park & River Forest High School).

Saturday., March 18th: D200 Supt. Joylynn Pruitt-Adams Listening Tour event, Roosevelt Middle School, 7560 Oak Ave., River Forest. 9:30-11:30 a.m. To RSVP by March 11th, visit the high school page here.

Monday, March 20th: Early Voting Begins. In the D200 School Board race, you can vote for up to four candidates. NOTE: Two have dropped out of the race (Albert Sye & Christian Chiakulis), but their names are among the nine listed on the ballot.

Tuesday, March 21st: D200 Board of Education meeting, 7-9 p.m. Board room (Room 206) of OPRF High School.

Thursday, March 23rd: D200 Candidates Forum, Buzz Café, 905 S. Lombard Ave., Oak Park. 7-9 p.m. Open to the public & free--but please tip your server generously 🙂

Tuesday, March 28th: Oak Park Public Library Board meeting (main library, 834 Lake St.), 7:30 p.m.

Monday, April 3rd: Early Voting Ends. In the D200 School Board race, you can vote for as many as four candidates--and you can also choose to vote for a lesser number of candidates. There are nine individuals on the ballot.

Tuesday, April 4th: Election Day. Polls open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. All registered voters in Oak Park and River Forest are eligible to vote for candidates in the D200 School Board race. In the D200 School Board race, you can vote for up to four candidates. NOTE: Two have dropped out of the race (Albert Sye & Christian Chiakulis), but their names are among the nine listed on the ballot.
